Making yourself the priority in life isn't always easy for many of us, but if we don't work on self care we will burn out quickly. Here is a list of some simple and effective ways to take care of yourself and recharge before you burn out:

- Sleep in
- Face mask
- Lunch with a friend
- Movie night
- Spa night
- Bath
- Essential oils
- Take a day without technology
- cook or bake for yourself
- Go for a walk
- Get coffee
- Color or do a craft of sorts
- Take a long shower
- Listen to your fave music
- Sit outside
- Go for a drive
- Go take pictures of nature
- Go to the gym
- Go for a run
- Do yoga
- Make your room extra cozy
- Listen to an inspirational podcast
- Organize something
- Brain dump
- Write 10 things you love
- Write 10 things you are grateful for
- Dance party
- Unfollow toxic people on social media
- Pay for a strangers coffee
- Take a nap
- Walk a dog
- Pet a cat
- Go to the pet store and see all the cute animals
- Buy food and deliver it to a person in need
- Talk to someone you love
